The Oak Ridge Home is a reflection of the client’s commitment to wellness and sustainability. Faswall block, an insulated concrete form (ICF) building system made from recycled materials, was selected for the wall structure which was then finished in natural stucco. The home also applies passive design strategies for energy efficiency through its site orientation, roof design and integrated cedar pergolas. While the main level includes the great room and guest bedrooms, the second level provides retreat space for the master suite and yoga room.
